All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Estimated shipping time within the United Kingdom: 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

If you’re outside the UK and interested in HAMORI, we’d love to hear from you. Please email hello@hamori.co.uk or join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Packaging

Each order is packaged in our signature HAMORI gift box. All materials are chosen to reflect the minimalist and premium nature of the brand.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

HAMORI is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs issues. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at hello@hamori.co.uk and we will assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
